Terms & Conditions:
•
A surcharge of RM25.00 nett per room per night is applicable for booking from 21 to 23 March 2008, 24 & 25 December 2008 and 30 & 31 December 2008.
•
A surcharge of RM 10.00 nett per room per night is applicable for booking from 14 November 2008 until 31 December 2008.
•
All Rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia
•
Rates are quoted nett inclusive of 10% service and 5% Government Tax.
•
Extra mattress or Extra Person is chargeable at RM25.00 nett per mattress per night without breakfast.
•
Children aged 12 years and below occupying the same room as parents stay free of charge.
•
Check Out Time : 12.00 noon

Check In Time : 2.00 pm

Extended check-out during Peak Period :
- Up to 6pm - 50% of published rate imposed

Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night’s charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the resort’s bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.

Cancellation Policy :
•
Low Season
One night charges for the total rooms/package reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made within 72 hours prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.
•
Peak Season
One night charges for the total rooms reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made within 8 days prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.





Unit of currency is Ringgit Malaysia (RM) = 100 sen.
Electricity is 220 ~ 240 volts, 50 cycles.
